Assistant Manager

Duties

  • Assist supervisors and project managers with daily administrative support, including task coordination, scheduling, and project follow-ups.
  • Track project timelines for pool construction jobs and ensure all phases are completed within established deadlines.
  • Coordinate scheduling and deployment of construction crews, subcontractors, and service technicians.
  • Organize and monitor internal workflows, including inventory management for construction materials and equipment.
  • Maintain vendor communication logs and assist in ordering materials and tracking deliveries.
  • Prepare and update internal reports, tracking spreadsheets, and project files related to residential and commercial pool construction.
  • Respond to client inquiries and internal communications via email and phone regarding project status, scheduling, or service needs.
  • Prepare and manage weekly staff schedules for construction teams, service crews, and administrative support staff.
  • Maintain detailed internal records, including site visit logs, permits, inspection checklists, and construction progress reports.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates on construction progress, scheduling, and deliverables.
  • Utilize strong organizational and time-management skills to support the smooth operation of construction projects from start to finish.

Requirements

High School + 24 months of experience in a position involving administrative or operational support. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
